El Bistro Taco: A Fusion of Italian and Mexican Delights in Green Bay

Felt like i was at home. It was quiet and you didn't feel rushed. The food and drinks came out in a very timely manner. Wait staff was kind and enjoyable.

First time trying this place, at their new location in De Pere. Fast and friendly service. They have the best Italian margarita! They start you off with free chips and salsa. For apps we tried the birria eggrolls, which already filled us up before our main course. Soup or salad came with the pasta: we got the house salad with ranch dressing, and a beef potato soup, with the shrimp and lobster linguine, and chicken and shrimp carbonara. We also got breadsticks with the meal.

Took daughter to the “old place” a few years ago after shopping. She wanted to go to an Olive Garden. Luckily, on the way I happened to spot this tiny restaurant off Military (I think). I got chicken Alfredo and she got some kind of burrito. Food and service was awesome. One of the few places that I’ve been to that has Jarritos soda. Haven’t been to the new place, but definitely will in the future

Delicious food. Me and my husband were craving chicken Alfredo and we were debating on Luigi’s or el bistro and decided with something new and we were not disappointed AT ALL

What a great experience from this new location! Highly recommend if you’re in the area to check it out, the Italian and Mexican food were both some of the best in the city and the hospitality was very enjoyable.

I have been a long time customer of El Bistro Taco since they were in Ashwaubenon and now in DePere. The owners have got to be some of the nicest people I have ever met. And the food they prepare is fantastic. I have never had a bad meal at El Bistro Taco! With their new menu in their new location, I would highly recommend anybody to go check it out! From Mexican To Italian cuisine and even some steaks, there's something there for everybody!

This place is fantastic! Definitely the best pasta in the area! The Mexican side is absolutely delicious too! I’ve tried many different dishes and they all have been great, but the chicken and shrimp carbonara is my absolute favorite. Definitely go you won’t be disappointed. Great workers as well!

I really wanted to try this place so today was the day!! I wasn't really greeted by the server/host who was there, he sat me down on a table and I had a mimosa to drink which was delicious. Place seemed very clean and quiet which I also enjoyed. I ask for guac and chips but there was WAAAYYY to many onions on it to the point it over powers the avocado (bummer). I ate italian food and omg it was perfect! Not flooded with grease like other pastas. Every time the guy came to check on us and I said thank you he said "yup" I don't know if he is new but I think service could have been a little better, still left him 20% since I'm a server my self. Hopefully guac has less onions next time because I will definitely be back!
